I've ordered a Galaxy S22 Ultra a few days ago and since placing the order and receiving the confirmation email, the order's status never changed from ''preparing dispatch''. Is it normal that after all this time the order is still not shipped? I also have received no estimate of when to expect the package to be shipped or delivered.
I've sent an email to the support team, but so far I have received no reply. Not sure what to do really.
That is quite odd, I know sometimes it stays on preparing dispatch and it's already sent out and takes the system sometime to update. But generally you'd get an SMS if your package has been sent.

I'm planning on purchasing one, but I've noticed that they're out of stock online. The website said to be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks. Having read that, then seeing your comment, the two could be connected. I don't really know, but it's possible. I hope you receive your phone soon 🤞
Hey @omar1111, thanks for reaching out. The status not changing for a couple days sounds normal considering you ordered recently. As mentioned by @VueeyLe, sometimes the system may update a bit later.
