Same dilemma but I ended up pre-ordering the S23+. I like the curved edges more and coming from a note phone, I realized I don't use the spen so much. I don't think I can maximize the 200mp camera either so s23+ it is for me!
I think it will depend on what model you are coming from. I am coming from the A Series to the S23+ so it's a no brainer. I've considered the Ultra but did not see the S-Pen and 200MP camera compelling enough for my usage. Gives me a future upgrade path too if the need will soon require it. For now the S23+ is the best choice.
