S24 Ultra Charging Issue

This happened last January 1, 2025 when I forgot to charge my phone. When I woke up, my battery is zero % (drained). I couldn't charge it because of this issue. (See photo below)

I went to the Samsung kiosk in one of the malls in our city. The representative told me that I have the same issue with one of the S23 Ultra users. He told me to wait for few hours and charge again. It work when he tried to charge it. I thought it won't happen again but it did. The same incident when I forgot to charge my phone until it went to zero %, the same charging issue I experienced. 

For 11 months of using my S24 Ultra, this is the first time I encountered this kind of issue. Anyone experienced the same?

I've had that water or debris in charge port warning but not the zero batt. Avoid fully depleting the battery as it shortens its life.

I completely drain my S24 Ultra until it turned off, but I never experience that error. The water icon may indicates as your charging port is wet or detected with moisture. Just wipe it or dry it with fan or hairdryer.

I been doing it also before when I forgot to charge...this incident only happened last January 1 after 11 mos of using
