UPDATE 4: Of course, courier is out of time at 12:28 AM. Let's see how it goes tomorrow.

UPDATE 3: As of 9:10 PM, no sound from Consegnia. Guess it's as good as they're not coming tonight.

UPDATE 2: As of 5:49 PM. Still no calls, no text. Ano na?


UPDATE:
Received a text from Consegnia at 9am today. Checked the tracking site which confirms that it's out for delivery. Keeping my fingers crossed.


Back story:
Jan. 19 - pre-ordered the online exclusive color
Jan. 25 - Samsung handed the package to Consegnia with a get-by date of Jan. 29

Jan. 27, 8:25am - last update shown at Consegnia's tracking site. 

Jan. 31 - no news. 

Emailed Consegnia on Jan. 29 to follow up. Email bounced back as the email address does not exist. This is the email address on their website! Tried calling the number on the website as well, busy. Gave up.

Read on FB groups that they emailed a different address, copying DTI, and Consegnia replied with a delivery date. 

Waiting for miracle now.

#SamsungPH - this is not the first time you have had issues with your delivery partner. Why continue doing business with an entity that makes your customers suffer for years??? Do we need to involve DTI so you are forced to do something? Pre-order season is obviously the busiest you can get. Get a reliable courier!

 same issue. baka isa lang rider for each 100? Kailan pa matatapos? Hahaha gusto mo man maging civil pero nauna ka na mgpreorder, wala ka pang libreng galaxy watch 6 at charger, tapos delayed pa order mo. Pinili ko na ngang indi online exclusive color para hindi madelay pero same same. Sana orange nalang kinuha ko. Ganun din pala.

This February 1, I received a message that says that the delivery will be delayed until February 10. This situation gave me anxiety, I'm not in the Philippines after February 8.

Consegnia show me they have been tried to deliver today, but actually I did not get any call, text from them.

Hopefully, this will be settled as soon as possible.1706883053194.jpg
