S25 Order shows processing

Hi community,

I pre ordered s25 ultra last month when the promotions were out and still waiting to receive the phone. On the order status it shows "processing".

How many days it take your new s25 ultra or other to arrive? I am curious to know if I am just unlucky or samsung pre order is just a gamble.

I was supposed to receive the phone yesterday morning, and now it's being in transit because NZ posts don't have a proper delivery system 😑
