That's Samsung Subscription, which is only available if you buy your phone from the Samsung Au website. This allows you to swap the phone for no fee (if you kept the phone for >12 months) or a small fee if you wanted to swap earlier. Note phone has to be relatively damage free (major damage).
Samsung Care allows you to swap your phone to the same model. You can also 'refresh' your phone. This is a smaller fee and I believe they replace the screen, battery and clean out the gunk in the speakers,etcetc
