Correct, LTE but not VoLTE enabled. In this case not an issue because the link I sent shows how to turn it on for this particular model Well, for the standard model and, therefore, for the plus. I often use gsmarena for looking up specs but in the case of VoLTE it isoften lacking accuracy as it often doesn't list it as a feature thusbeing connfused with models that don't have ig.

Compatability means rhat it can handle phone calls. 4G or LTE by themselves don't allow phone calls. The phrase "voice over" means added on top of existing software. I think that Googling for definitions might explain it better than I have.

Regard 4G and LTE as being the same thing. They developed in parallel and provide similar connectivity except that LTE is much faster. So the industry had to design them to work in parallel because of competition. Most people didn't realise that in the past phone calls were processed by 3G and for 4G phones the data was supplied by 4G/LTE. In other words a 3G phone used 3G for both phone calls and data. A 4G phone used 3G for phone calls and 4G for data.So with 3G ending suppliers had to work out how to add the ability to make phone alls.
