Samsung's loyalty to its loyal customers.

Dear all ,hope you having great times with newly launched samsung AI phone.
I want to bring my issue to your notice.
I pre ordered Samsung S 24 Ultra from Samsung online store , I was so excited that I forgot my eligibility to get additional discounts ( Smasung app first time order 10% discounts and Samsung education discount, Australia 20%).
Soon after making the order I realised my missing discounts but I was so confident that once I spoke to some support agent I will get those discounts ( May be not in cash but in form of some credit or coupon or voucher for next purchase).
After calling everyday since then I could only hear a voice that they are busy and can't take calls.
Today by chance I could connect with an online chat agent , after listening to my issue ,He straight away said ok you can return your order as a change of mind.
I was like so disheartened and realised that's its always loyal customers no loyal company.
My order was supposed to deliver by 29th of January and I got the order today only.
I haven't opened the package yet thinking that I have to return it , but it's not change of mind. Its company's loyalty which is forcing me to do so.
For me it's like having my favourite food in plate but not allowed to eat.
Samsung has distributed discounts and offers to all the customers but not to the loyal customers who are asking for the offers they are elligfor but couldn't use them because of excitement. 

What should be my next step?

I have checked with them on last Sunday. What they told me they cannot do anything to the order. The only option is to cancel and re-apply the coupon. If you want a replacement, you need to return the phone back and they will provide you the credit to order another phone online. I think your case also similar as mine

There's not much point to returning it since the promotions have ended.

Also, the Samsung Store App has moved past the original 10% discount and is now 5%.

It's unfortunate that you didn't apply the codes, but you finally have the phone now and may as well enjoy it.
If you return it, and re-order, there'll be delays and I honestly don't think it's worth the headache.

Why does this shock people that is the way companies are they don't care about you they don't care to know you. They just want you to buy there *** and go away and that goes for work places too.

Promotions have ended on the 6th Feb. There's no point returning your order, because you'll just miss out on the promos you've already gotten. Also what's the benchmark to define a loyal customer? All customers should be treated equally imo.

It's kinda like saying I'm not a loyal customer because I only switched to Samsung last year but I've had my Samsung for microwave for years. There's some food for thought.

You're not the first to miss out on extra Samsung Members bonuses, and you won't be the last.
It's happened to myself and others as well. At the end of the day, we are responsible for our actions/inactions.
