1. In the main Community page, top right use the magnifying glass for searching. Separately search for drain, overheating, battery. Some posts contain quite detailed advice on options.
2. Go to Play Store, your image, settings, updates and change update schedule.
3. Go to Settings, Connections, Network, Mobile networks and choose 4G/LTE. this slows download speed reducing overheating.
4. Settings, Battery and turn off apps using high battery.
5. Back to Community page, bottom right, click on Support and explòre options.
6. Google Search almost always has more links to explore. Indeed, the Samsung forum posts appear in Google Search hidden among all the other links.

Check to see if the drain can be pin pointed to a specific app from battery usage under settings. If not I think the battery needs a replacement.

Have u taken it to a service centre or had the battery replaced? I have heard by many, that the battery could be the possible cause of the issue

Hey @kitty079

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,
