Worst brand ever bought, don't know why partially update is happening. 
Brand new phone is not working due to new update for one UI4.

Are you able to give more information on your issues?

For new android 12 it needs one UI 4 update , and that not done by samsung to all countries on same time, its patch work for some countries. Some said you may get message to register for that update but even that I haven't got any message or notification to register interest to do so . And Al of sudden phone stopped working with network.
I was using I phone and pixel in past didn't have this issue at all.

I'm guessing you're waiting for the update?
If you check the Samsung Members app, tap the notification bell, you should see when your device is scheduled to get it.

As for different update times in different countries/regions, that's mostly because of carrier and regional testing.
Some counties have certain features that other countries don't or can't have, for example call recording is avaliable in some SEA countries, while it's not legal in Australia.

Regarding the other devices you've used, this doesn't occur because they don't make or offer software variants by region like Samsung does.

Waste of money for samsung users , other ( Motorola, LG, Vivo, Oppo )are fool so they still running older versions without any update .

When you new phone stopped working because of some dumb **bleep** update and other cheaper phones are operational perfectly then you may lost patience as well.

Hey guys, S21 bought outright from JB and I'm still on Dec patch. Any news when is January patch as it's almost over for January month. I'm in Telstra!!
