Hello all, my Galaxy s21 will not allow me to load the Sonos app. The app is successfully loading on SAmsung tablet, and Redmi mobile phone. The error message states that the app has a bug, but if it loads on other devices it's obviously fine. Any tips welcome, thanks.

Hello.
Try to Clear the Cache and Data of the Sonos App:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Find and select Sonos.
Tap on Storage and then Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Restart your phone and try loading the app again.
You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the app again.
I hope that will help...

I have had the situation where an app won't load on one particular device and had to live with it.
Play Store software does identify your particular device is incompatible and stops it loading.
Things to try:
1. Turn off the setting which stops apps outside Play Store from loading.
2. Search using browser for Sonos. If you find an android version try loading from there. Test.
2. Search for "alternatives for Sonos", also "compare alternatives to Sonos" First, see if there is a Play Store version of the alternative and load from there. Otherwise, as above, download from your browser.

When clearing caches at the same time clear the cache for Google Play Services.

1. I couldn't find Playstore settings
2. Searched browser but loading app from browser kept taking me to playstore
3. Found an alternative called AirMusic which works!! Thank you. NB app is not free so will see if I can find a free one.
Thank you for this, very helpful.

When looking for free versions use the same searches I suggested but with "free" added. But beware, sometimes free is used to con you and the only thing free is the download.
