When talking on the speakerphone, the voice reappears like an echo.

Sometimes that is a feedback problem. In other, non Samsung circumstances, that is fixed by turning the volume down, re-directing the direction the device is facing, or ensuring your voice is not facing a hard surface where it will bounce back towards the microphone.

Hi @KingEddi, that's strange. Adding on to @Troubadour's comment, this can also occur if the user on the other end is using speakerphone in similar circumstances and create an echo effect.

Is the person you are calling also using speakerphone? If so, can you ask them to turn it off to see if the issue continues.

If the issue persists, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Are you testing this with another phone in the same room/ house?

This can also happen if there is not enough signal (low signal area)

However if this happens all the time, anywhere, then it sounds like you might have a faulty phone

I tested in the same room and house too.
It happens all the time ,anywhere.
I'm so upset.
Even I don't have enough time to go to Samsung customer service.

Yeah if it's 2 phones in the same house, it will do the echo thing. Happens to me too.

Some people seem to blame wifi calling for the echo. Try turning that off and see if it stops the echoing. (Again you have to be calling someone outside of your house).

Another person said reverting Bixby to factory settings help (I have no idea why though). But hey it's better to try it...

Time to send it in. Especially if you've tried everything.
