Galaxy SI just started having this problem with the update on 07/29/2022. I have an xcover pro and was able to watch Netflix up until that update. I also noticed I can no longer see video or hear audio in HBO Max. Can still see the captions though, which is odd. This is very frustrating. Not sure if it's truly a device issue or if netflix and HBO just haven't kept up. Either way, I'm considering unsubscribing from both.

Galaxy SReplying to the above, I had this issue with an update to my XCoverPro on September 2. Netflix doesn't open at all, Disney+ opens but shows errors when trying to play anything, HBO Max plays but no video shows as you described. The only service rhat works is Prime Video.
This was clearly caused by the Samsung update. Based on the title of this post it happened before with the S21 in February and the solution was a new update from Samsung. I hope someone is working on fixing this.

Galaxy SBoth my wife and I have the same (XCover Pro) and are experiencing the same issue and it began after the most recent update. Extremely frustrating that this occurred right before our vacation.
