Transfer of esim

I have been trying to transfer my eSim from my old S23 ultra to the new S24 ultra but it is not working. Can someone help with this?

Last time I messed with this (and Optus) couldn't self serve anymore, and had to do it via chat and phone call.

@Yinkuze I wonder if they're being difficult as it's an overseas phone 🤷‍♂️
