G-day everyone. Is it just me or does everyone's phone has the same problem? When i go to unlock my phone and put my pattern in to unlock it. I can not do anything else since the phone freezes up. I would need to lock the phone and re do everything again and that time it works. (No screen protectors are on the phones) i have put up with this for a while but now it is starting to annoy me. any thoughts i can fix this or just wait for Samsung to bring out a update and might make my phone worse.
I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of this happening via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
