Just received another August update in Australia today. Tried updating couple of times but no luck. Displays error text halfway down while updating. Anyone with similar issues? Thank you🙏

Hi @Hemsh I'd suggest taking a screen shot of the error if possible and then use the Samsung Members app to submit an error report and attach the screenshot.

Samsung Members app > Support> Error reports > Application > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Could have done that but its in boot mode. Probably, will have to use another camera to take a picture. Thank you for suggestion though🙏

Thanks guys for your response. Was able to update using smart switch. Running good till now🙂
