Hey guys, anyone has any clue about what's happening? 

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Samsung regarding my Samsung Galaxy S23 order. I placed an order on March 17th, with the delivery date promised on or before 21 April 2023 and to this day I have not received them. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their customer service department, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

I have called and chatted with their customer service department numerous times over the past few weeks, and each time I am told that my order is with the back office and it has been escalated to the back office (escalated will take 2-10 days), someone will be in contact and i should receive it soon. However, it has been over two weeks now, and I still have not received my phone or a single call. I have requested a manager to call me back twice (escalation 1-2 days), and both times, no one has contacted me till this date.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and support from Samsung. As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected better service than this. I have been inconvenienced by this delay and the fact that I have to keep contacting their customer service department every day with no resolution.

Mate welcome to the club even I placed my order on 17th and still not received my phone. I Have experienced exactly what you are saying , unfortunately who evere has placed there order before 21st are stuck every one else is getting there order delivered many of my friends who placed order after 21st have already received it.

I have raised a complaint against Samsung AU under ACCC.

Thanks for sharing, Jassd. Their system is the worst, seriously! I would do the same and lodge complaint to ACCC as i am super frustrated. My status has been sitting in "Awaiting on Dispatch" since 21 March.

Same with me , its in Awating dispatch since 21st , They almost forgot about orders made before 21st

The status of my order is still "Awaiting Dispatch".

I called them today and told them everything about my frustration. I told them I am not available to receive my order if it is delivered after 4th April. The told me over the phone that they will deliver my order by 4th April.

Let's see.

I hope so mate but dont count on it , they also promised it will be delivered by 31st , there support has realy no idea whats happening in the background

I think the real reason could be that they don't have supply of all these products yet that people have ordered.

But they will never disclose the real reason of delays in shipping and delivering and might be trying their best in securing the products from overseas.

I think Samsung should now offer the customers to change their order and pick up an alternative from one of the Samsung Store, if customer is happy to do so.

You might be right. Two days earlier, 1) I received the email that my item was being shipped and dispatched, 2) my order status moved from awaiting dispatch to on to way and 3) checked the tracking order page and it now contains IMEI details (which wasn't there when i checked previously)

I didn't receive any tracking number SMS though so who knows whether my items have actually been handed over to the courier....fingers crossed
