Galaxy S1. Turn off your phone.
2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or charger (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
6. Navigate to and select Yes.
7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

Galaxy SBtw yang system mo eh nakalakip na lahat jan(features, android version, Ui system, kernels, etc.)....since you're phone is flagship and running the Full One UI version and it have a lot of features and customization...so it makes sense 😉
Keep in mind that One ui is a very heavy OS that's why😉

Galaxy SHi, Djm78!
System files include preloaded apps and features of your phone. But it also includes caches and temporary files. You might need to wipe the cache partition, as butete and Khaled75 said. On a personal note, you can also uninstall preloaded apps you don't actually need to reduce the System files, just clear the apps' data and cache first before uninstalling them.
