Hey can you use WiFi calling on a Samsung a11?

The A11 does have wifi calling, but it depends on your network provider. Most major telcos would allow you to use wifi calling, while smaller telcos won't have the function

Hi @ChrissieEcka, that's strange. Have you tried:

1. Restarting your device

2. Updating your software. Settings > Software update > Download and install

3. Check if Wi-Fi calling is enabled.

Phone app > ⋮ > Toggle on 'Wi-Fi Calling'

In Australia wifi calling is supported by Vodafone, Telstra and Optus, but not necessarily on sub providers like Aldi, Belong, etc.
You appear to have a phone model that supports it, but which models are supported can be found for each provider, search their sites for their wifi calling information.
Initial set up requires that the phone provider and your broadband provider be the same.
