From s10+, s21U and s22U, it was always a good experience in pre ordering with such bundles that they offer that comes with pre order promo. But, this time with s23U, I am pretty disappointed. The freebies and vouchers mentioned when I pre ordered was not provided by the store when I claimed the device and was casually told that there was no freebies and such. Never again will I pre order in a samsung experience store and will opt for online next time.
It's been 1 month since my husband pre order an S23 Ultra for me. No stocks???? Like really? This is absurd!! What's the point of pre-ordering when the store is insisting to provide a different color instead. We pre-ordered a black one. Same with Samsung watch 5. Black as well. Where's the units? We ordered from Samsung Ayala Malls Manila bay.
