Hi Laura. After going through my phone settings, I've found the reason why I can't add apps to the never sleeping app list is because you have to first optimise the app for battery usage. If you don't, it will never show up as an app to add. I find it very ironic that you have to optimise an app's battery usage in order to be able to add it to the never sleeping app list. Both functions contradict each other! Am I missing something here??
Hi @Kombatsd, that's strange. I would suggest sending through an error report so that we can look at this remotely and these queries can go directly to our L&D team.
