Crack in the middle of screen protector

Z flip 3, there's a line in the middle of the screen. Bieve it's the pre installed protector.
I live in Sydney Australia. What options do I have?

Hi Hannah, I had the exact same issue with my z flip 3 and I took it to the Samsung store at Chadstone SC in Melbourne yesterday, with the hope that they could replace it right away. Yet I was told that they need to send it to their service centre and I would be without my phone for at least 5 days, which I think is ridiculous. It's just a screen protector  and I have heard tons of stories of this issue. Why can't Samsung realise they need to offer in-store replacement service to make foldable phones a viable product for the greater audience. It's really sad as I am very happy with this phone but their customer service makes me wanna switch to other brands.... or at least a normal non-foldable phone... Please let me know if you found other solutions. Thanks!!

I'm even thinking to just take it off and put a protector buying from ebay or Amazon... a bit annoying. I will just call Z flip call centre

Hi @hannahna, based on what you've described, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

Had the same issue took them less than 2 days and I got my phone back from them no factory reset was required. But I can tell it's not the same screen protector that came with it pre installed .
