Pre-ordered the Z Fold 6 on the launch day, stuck on 'order accepted'

Same old story. Samsung customer service is getting lower and lower every year. I ordered the fold 6 right after the launch. The delivery was supposed to be on the 22nd of july but it's still stuck on 'order accepted' 

Tried calling and chatting with the Samsung reps but they are no help. The reason they gave me was " it was held because of verification". What verification? I have ordered numerous products over the years through the same id and used the same card. 

So now I have paid $2700 and there is no one who can tell me what's wrong with the order. Very very disappointed Samsung

Any updates so far? Pre order finished today. They should update our order status now. Nothing done so far?. Anyone got their order finalised?

Samsung is currently holding on to our money for free without paying any sort of interest. I am going to take them to VCAT in regards to this order

We should raise a legal complaint against Samsung with VCAT, They cant hold on to our money like this. This is really a breach of contract.

Transparency is better, even if they straight up told us no stock I would be happier than silence.

I dont think its a stock issue. This is just using funds for free.

I dont think they care about their customers. They reviews are are now 1.1*. I dont think they really know what customer service really means. They will soon get blacklisted.
