Pre-ordered the Z Fold 6 on the launch day, stuck on 'order accepted'

Same old story. Samsung customer service is getting lower and lower every year. I ordered the fold 6 right after the launch. The delivery was supposed to be on the 22nd of july but it's still stuck on 'order accepted' 

Tried calling and chatting with the Samsung reps but they are no help. The reason they gave me was " it was held because of verification". What verification? I have ordered numerous products over the years through the same id and used the same card. 

So now I have paid $2700 and there is no one who can tell me what's wrong with the order. Very very disappointed Samsung

Case manager called me again today. No further update on solution and no *** for delivery. I found a CEO office email link so logged a complaint here. I have done couple of complaints but they system generated messages coming twice a day that their back office looking into this. No update so far. This Samsung is working like a scam and fraud company in Australia

Another day and same story again today. Order still showing accepted only. Not sure what's going on and why its taking that long. Samsung is really a *** company and running with illegal practices. *** off you Samsung and go away from here

Nothing here either; got an email from Case Manager yesterday with same as generic email.

I've given up at this point soo im looking at understanding how much compensation can we request for? And not talking about silly gift cards; like actual compensation.

Been reading Reddit posts and people have filed for a class action lawsuit in the US. They've been told its 'no supply' issue instead of 'verification issue' honestly don't know what the truth is anymore.

This has literally reached exploitation; its interest free money they're playing around with

It just a fraud company. I have raised a dispute my credit card provider. I just want my money back and never going to place any order again. Just a full bunch of fraud. Stay away at all costs.

I agree, this is just a fraudulent practice. Holding onto our money for free and then will cancel the orders and return our money. It means they used our money for their operations for free.

I have got my credit card provider involved by disputing this transaction. They never going to deliver the goods. They will cancel the order sooner or later. So, better ask your bank to dispute this transaction and get your money back rather than waiting for Samsung to cancel your order. They can take 2 to 6 months.

@amit9997 did you actually get your credit card provider involved? Give you received your product today?
