Z Flip 3 one UI 5.1 fail

Updated to 5.1 and now unable to receive incoming calls, it is as if I am permanently on Do not disturb but will ring once after caller calls 3 times and hangs up and displays missed call (do not disturb setting is not on). Help......

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Same problem, logged with them. We'll need to wait for the next update. I've found that ppl with iPhones the call comes through with no drop outs. It's Samsung to Samsung causing the issue

Mine is with all phones, not just Samsung to Samsung.

That's odd! But regardless of that ever since the update to One UI 5.1 we need had that problem before. All lot of users on Redit forums experiencing the same problem.

Mine is opposite, samsung to samsung works fine, landline to my phone is fine. but have issues with all other android device.

Is that what the tech support tell you? To wait for new update? A new one has just been released. Has anyone tried it? Did it fix the problem of not receiving calls?
