I'm having a hard time processing this problem, I think a hard object fell on my screen and now I have about 4mm of dead pixels in my screen. If I bring this to a Samsung Center, will it be covered by my warranty? I've only had my phone for 3 months 😭

Hello Keso0o,

We are sorry to hear about your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 having issues with the screen after an object fell on it, and now it has dead pixels.

I understand how you feel after caring so much for your device, and now having this problem makes you uncomfortable and unsure of what to do next.

But don't you worry; we are here to guide, assist, and offer solutions in order to have your device fixed and working as it should.

Your device has a warranty period of one year for parts, labor, and battery product hardware and the original Samsung battery. However, damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering, or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user's manual will void your device's warranty.

Just to be sure, it's still highly recommended that you submit your device for further assessment at the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area. Rest assured that our Samsung engineers and technicians are competent to make an assessment and have the technical know-how to restore it.

Hi there Keso0o,

Oof. Tough break. But definitely something repairable. If you registered for Samsung Care+, you should still fall under the warranty period. Head over to a Service Center and they'll sort this out for you :)
