Zflip 4 low temperature / not changing

Anyone else having issues with their Z flip 4 not charging when closed and getting an error 'charging slowed due to low temperature'? how did you fix it?
 I've tried a soft reset and safe mode but hasn't helped.

What's the ambient temp in the room/area your charging the device in.

It would appear to be quite cold to get that error msg.

Not very cold, getting the message no matter what time of day or temperature. Day time generally 24-25 degrees. Some nights now getting down to 10 however doesn't seem to make a difference to the error message

Is it in a case and do you have it sitting on glass or stone benchtop etc?

I think your best bet for now is to send an error report as soon as it happens again, via the Members app.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Thank you, I'll do that. I've tried without a case, on different surfaces. Doesn't seem to make a difference

Has the phone been repaired at all?

Also, check the USB-C port is clean and free of any debris.
Have you also check with another cable or power brick?

No, it hasn't been repaired.
Ports checked and cleaned and tried different cables and bricks. So frustrating.

Hopefully sending the error report will find the cause.
Hopefully it's not a faulty temp sensor.

So issue is only happening when it's closed? But ok when charging while open?

Also have you tried charging wirelessly when closed? To see if have the same issue.
