Zflip 4 screen protector issue

Just want to put this out there... I bought my z flip 4 last September and currently had some issues with my screen protector particularly where the folding is. I went to the service center in Baguio City I (I have to drive 2 hours, I'm from la union). I was surprised that the service center here in Baguio cannot handle a mere screen protector replacement. More importantly their customer service skills were very poor, they want me to produce the receipt before they can entertain issues with my phone. Even after telling them that I bought the phone on line and has Samsung care still on it. Any Samsung customer service reps their Please let me know what needs to be done to resolve my phone issue.

It's just pathetic to hear that SAMSUNG, an Authorize Samsung Service Center cannot handle a minor screen protector issue and their response was for me to drive to SM aura to have my screen protector fixed... can you hear you guys here? Hello Samsung customer support, you want your customer from La Union to drive to SM Aura to have their screen protector fixed. Can you guys get your act together and ship the necessary tools to replace a screen protector on a z flip 4?

Well I tried calling the numbers but believe me it did not work, its either nobody's answering or it's not our department who handles these type of problems. Sorry dude my customer experience with Samsung was a total disappointment to say the least.

And what's up with the receipt? They don't want to even take care of my phone because I don't have the receipt

Asking for a receipt is standard practice in retail not just here in the Philippines. If you purchased the device via the online store, you can email ph_shop@samsung.com to ask for the receipt, just provide the order ID. If it's from Shopee or Lazada, message the shop and ask for the receipt.

As a fellow customer I understand your frustration - Samsung should definitely streamline training their service technicians on repair across all devices regardless of the center's location.

It's just embarrassing on samsung's part that they cannot perform a screen protector replacement while the smaller retailers on the side walk was able to replace their screen protectors. Just sad really

Just talking with Samsung rep via chat they said the that only service center who can perform screen protector replacement for the z flip 4 is in Manila. They should put an all point bulletin about this issue🤬
