There is an issue with the Ring Doorbell app on the Family Hub fridge. Basically it is badly designed and causes the following issues:
It automatically answers the doorbell ring. Seems fair - but, once answered it stays open on the fridge until it times out which is around 12 minutes. So if you are out, the doorbell is broadcasting to the fridge all that time with a live view and the battery on the doorbell is getting hammered.
if you are home and don’t dismiss a ring on the fridge, no one else can ring the doorbell for 12 minutes. Great for parties.
If you want to use auto replies (there are funny seasonal ones at Xmas and Halloween) you can’t. The fridge answers the ring and cancels the recorded message.
I can find no solution other than removing the ring app or logging out of it. Pointless ringing the Philippines. They don’t have a pre-prepared cheat sheet to read you on this topic.
