Bought a new Samsung fridge in January this year.
- 6 technician visits later (against my preference)
- 2 "repairs" (against my preference)
- Numerous phone calls to Samsung (they never call back) totalling over 4.5 hours. At least 1.5 hours on hold (the last few days I was on hold for 20 minutes then they hung up, then another 40 mins on another call after being told 1-2 minutes)
- Flat out lies from Samsung on at least 2 provable occasions where they stated the technician said it was an "easy fix", when I know for a fact they said no such thing and recommended a replacement.
I have been turned around in circles over and over by Samsung who clearly find this amusing. I am still waiting for a "case manager" to call back. It's been another week.
My life has been hell because of the flat out incompetence of Samsung staff.
I'm on maternity leave with my first and only child which is supposed to be a pleasurable time, and Samsung have made it absolutely miserable.
