So I've been in San Jose enjoying Galaxy Unpacked 2025. Throughout this time, I have NOT charged my Galaxy Ring.
This is from Monday morning:

That's about 6 days and there is still maybe another day and a half! The battery on the Galaxy Ring has been excellent for me. You can also bring the small clear case to charge the Ring on the go. This will give you an extra 6-7 days extra battery life. And the case looks futuristic!
The ring is also made of titanium (instead of the heavier stainelss steel) and is actually 10atm water resistant! You can wash your hands, shower with them too! It takes a bit of time to get comfortable doing this though!
And the biggest question is whether it's worth it if you already have a Galaxy Watch.
It certainly does!
The ring and watch can work well together. Essentially they can track your health a lot smoother as well as extending battery life. This means more accurate data overall!
I've been very happy with my Galaxy Ring. It looks cool! I tend to charge my watch when I sleep now, and just wear the ring as it's so small. When I go for runs, I'll wear my watch. (Though the ring can track running automatically!)
