Adaptive Power Saving

Can some please tell me how can i turn this feature on because when im trying to turn it on it says i can't use this setting while you're using Power Saving Mode but as you can see power saving mode is turned off and no limit apps and home screen in these pictures so i don't know what should i do i even restarted my phone but still nothing happens, i don't want to factory reset my phone though

I think you need to visit the samsung center to check your phone hardware, parang yung tab A ko ayaw mag on ng wifi and bluetooth kahit naka ilang factory reset na ako.

I had a similar case before I tried the following steps.

Click the "power saving mode", then you'll this screen. Turn everything OFF, then try it again. Good luck!

Go to power savings option.  Not the toggle on and off slider.  Very bottom of list, there's the "Limit apps and Home screen" option.  Turn this off.  go back to automation and it should be not grey anymore.
