First time Samsung customers, we ordered a full kitchen set of appliances, the bespoke all white model, we ordered based on the fact that the delivery was supposed to happen on July 26, 2023,l. Right after we placed the order, we got an update stating that the delivery has been delayed to August 11, then another update stating that delivery is not pushed out to August 12 to August 19. The delivery keeps on getting pushed out. We are remodeling our kitchen and almost done, we have no appliances in our house and the delay has also delayed our remodeling project, we are paying the contractor for idle time, my wife has called Samsung at least 7 times, they always answer from the Philippines and they are not very helpful. We don’t know what to do at this point, canceling the order and going with Whirlpool will probably be our last resort. Shame on Samsung, we’ve been warned before we order to stick with American brands like Whirlpool, but we didn’t listen. It turned out the store was right.
we need this resolved ASAP.
