Does anyone here suddenly got a green line on the screen few days after software update? Got mine yesterday. It just appeared while I was using my phone. I tried restarting, shutting down, and even factory reset. It didn't fix it. I was planning to go on a service center but I'd probably be paying tons of money just to get this fix.

My phone is a Samsung S20+ 5G korean variant.

It's stressing me out coz I can't afford to buy a new phone at this point if ever thus green line will multiply soon.

This green/pink/white line appearing on S20 and S21 series phones, all have common denominator of "software update". I wonder why Samsung Philippines does not issue an advisory before it happens to the other surviving phones, not passively advising damaged phone to visit Service Center and pay the repair/screen replacement cost anyway. Pls do not break trust of your customers.

Note, there was a case of an already replaced amoled screen phone, then the another attack happened on the screen as green line damaged it again. Twice greenl Iine attack damaged her screen. So guys, do not even think of costly screen replacement.

Samsung Philippines mission statement must include:

SAVE THE REMAINING/SURVIVING S20 & S21 SERIES PHONES!

I totally agree on you on this one. I don't even think they are trying to do something about this matter, which saddens me.

The big question is, if I ever bring it to an authorized service center and it requires replacement of screen or other stuff, will I be the one to shoulder all the fees tho it is not my fault?

I understand that the issues I am experiencing with my Samsung phone are not your fault personally, and I appreciate your willingness to help. However, I must express my frustration with the situation. I chose to purchase a Samsung phone for the convenience and reliability that your company is known for, and I expected it to work smoothly without any major problems.

Unfortunately, this issue has caused inconvenience, and I hope that your team can take action to resolve it promptly. I have been happy with my Samsung phone up until this point, and I believe that with your assistance, we can find a solution to this problem.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
