I can't use my 1620 points. There is no option to use it.

Make sure you’re logged in to your Samsung Account before you make your next purchase. At the checkout, Samsung Rewards will be seen as a payment method. Decide how many points you want to use and submit them. When you make the payment, the discount will be applied.

I have already read that copy paste reply here in the community prior I posted this concern. I said, there is no option to use the reward points. I am logged on to my account and when I tried to check out I only have options to pay refer to the photo I posted.

Again, there is no option to use the reward points. I tried through my laptop and phone.

Thanks for the clarification. 

Points may be redeemed for products on Samsung PH online store (https://www.samsung.com/ph/) 

Or you can also use them to get various vouchers from the Samsung Rewards catalog or thru other App services such as Galaxy Store. In addition, you can redeem your points on the Samsung.com website, on the “My Rewards” page.

If you want to redeem points accumulated in your Samsung Rewards account, follow the next steps.

1) Run your Samsung Rewards app and go to the “Samsung Members” menu.
2)Tap on the “Benefits” option and click on the “Samsung Rewards” button.
3) On this screen, tap the “Redeem” button and check all the rewards that you can choose.
4) When you choose the reward you want, tap on it, and select “Redeem points”.

Not yet. The option to use the reward points is not showing on my end when checking out.

You will need to go to the payment tab so that the option to redeem the reward points will appear.

After filling up you address details, upon payment section it should appear

Hmmm is your Samsung reward points showing on your Samsung members app? Did you login to your Samsung account when your making a purchase? If you have not login, please try logging in then try again to make a purchase.
