Samsung M31 Android 11 Update

Any update or anyone experiencing some serious bug after the One UI Core version 3.0? My last update was last January 12 and  as of March 05,

I can't charge my phone via charger anymore. It stopped charging (wall charge) at 69% last Friday, managed to charged it up to 80% thru power bank with the phone off and now I am stuck at 25%, not charging in anyway asides plugging into a pc. 

Already Factory reset the phone and all and still nothing. If anyone have any idea how to solve or when is the next update, please let me know. 

I'm stuck atm with my phone constantly connected to the powerbank, it shows charging but not even a single percent even after an hour.

Aparrently the remote trouble shooting needs to contact the call center first. And I cannot get hold of them hnnnnggg. All is left now is for me to go to the SC since I also can't wipe partition as per what I read on the other forum.

oh, sorry to hear that. mind if I ask why they need to contact the call center? how about smart tutor?

Apparently you need to get a 6 digit code before proceeding to the remote troubleshooting and it's actually the smart tutor. If you clicked on the remote troubleshooting, it will be redirected to the smart tutor. Phone is now down to 20%  hopefully it will hold up until Saturday since I got work

were you able to connect via Smart Tutor? so right now, you're phone is just connected to a power bank, right?

It is currently turned off atm since I left it to charge earlier on the power bank and 22 became 21. Tried the Smart Tutor (still needs to call the number, I can't connect) and now down to 20%. I don't want it to drain all the way to 0% since by then, I would be literally out of options to do

yeah. if that happens, last resort is going directly to the service center.

Will do this Saturday. So far, my phone's battery did not lose anymore charge as I kept it off and stop trying to charge it. Will update and post what will happened after I bring it to the center since I saw a lot are experiencing battery and charging issues after the One UI 3.0 update  (and particularly weird with M31). Thank you again!
