Samsung M31 Android 11 Update

Any update or anyone experiencing some serious bug after the One UI Core version 3.0? My last update was last January 12 and  as of March 05,

I can't charge my phone via charger anymore. It stopped charging (wall charge) at 69% last Friday, managed to charged it up to 80% thru power bank with the phone off and now I am stuck at 25%, not charging in anyway asides plugging into a pc. 

Already Factory reset the phone and all and still nothing. If anyone have any idea how to solve or when is the next update, please let me know. 

I'm stuck atm with my phone constantly connected to the powerbank, it shows charging but not even a single percent even after an hour.

sorry to hear that. one member of the community recently posted the same issue I think with his sister's M31. I'm not sure though if it has already been resolved.

I'm actually that sister and thank you for replying. I keep saving up battery since yesterday but as of now, it got worse. It won't charge and even loses 3% trying when it was charging to a powerbank. It won't pc charge anymore and if this still persist, I might bring it to the service center. That is if they know what to do.

oh, you are her. and sorry to hear about your issue. did your phone get any updates recently?

The last update was Jan. 12, the OneUI 3.0 one. All is good until the 5th of March then the issue keep getting worse as the day passes by. My phone now is in and out of the charger whenever I use it to try and gain some percentage. I'm keeping it shut down all the time after checking. I really can't understand the issue since it is displayed as charging but not gaining anything at all

have you tried contacting remote support? they can do remote troubleshooting.

also, have you tried charging while your phone is in safe mode?

Yes, I've tried the safe mode. Will try the remote troubleshooting and will update again. If still nothing, I'll bring it to the center. Hopes it won't runout of charge befor then, I'm now down to 21%. Thank you so much for replying to my post.

and the same issue happens even in Safe Mode? if yes, that rules out any 3rd party app affecting the charging functionality of your handset. hopefully remote support can help. but in case you really need to bring it to the SC, just bring a power bank. 🙂

It still persists after being Factory reset and even in safe mode. I've look into it and I can't access the recovery mode if ever I needed to. Will try the remote troubleshooting now. Hope it would help. Thanks again!
