Why are Samsung M series "looked down"

I just want to share with you my experience when I went to a Samsung store in one popular mall in our place 

I was curious about this trade-in promo of Samsung and I asked if my M52 unit could be traded. This Samsung staff (girl) smirked at my unit and said rather disdainfully that they don't trade M series , only A series and proceeded to assist rather my husband who has an A unit. 

I was disappointed and devalued as a holder of an M unit. Is the trade in promo of Samsung exclusive for A, S and Z units only here in the Philippines? 

Just asking..

clearly that girl don't know but you can check samsung site on check in trade support even the oldest but that doesn't have value will give you instantly worth 13,000 off.

Maybe others don't know but M52 5G is an underrated monster in terms of software.
Unfortunately it did not much boomed in the mainstream market here in the Philippines because it was only released online.

I think its because the M Series has been discontinued here in the Philippines. As the A series has now absorbed the role of being the entry to midrange models.

They just have to follow the list accepted for the trade ij program. Though if she smirked on a negative way that shouldn't be a part of it.

The M series is well known for their massive batteries and great performance though. 😊

Hey, my A30 had been rejected in Pre-order Trade-in early this year. So, it's not M series only.

Regarding Samsung staffs, I think these so called Samsung Experience Store, a.k.a. Display Center are third party operated, meaning these businessmen can hire no quality staffs to face Samsung's customers. I noticed they are well below in person-person handling/technical qualification than Apple's PowerMac better trained staffs. 😅
