I have been trying for 2 days to pre order the s22 ultra with a trade in code and get met with "Sorry, due to an error, trade-in service is unavailable at the moment" I have spoken to the web assistance but they have been unable to help.
Does anyone else having this issue?

1 for use only in store, which is what it seems you have.
The other is for use online, and will put a hold on the trade-up value in your bank account.
