To go into the draw to win a FINNS Beach Club Accessory Bundle (the “Promotion”) entrants must:

Pick one from the three subpar holiday photos shared in the Samsung Members Post.
Save the photo you’ve chosen to edit in Gallery.
In Gallery, open the photo, tap on the Galaxy AI icon (the three stars), and start editing using Galaxy AI’s Generative Edit tools. Rotate, resize, remove unwanted elements, and more – all from your Galaxy phones! Don’t forget to be creative!
Once you are done, save the edited photo in your Gallery.
Head on back to Community and post the edited image on Galaxy Gallery (will link), with the hashtags #SamsungMembersOOO and #GenerativeEditShowdown. Don't forget to also mention in your post which phone case you’d love to win - Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, or Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The winners will be drawn at random by Samsung in its sole discretion, after 5pm NZST on Friday 7^th June 2024. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Terms and conditions below.

4. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.

5. Claimants under 18 years old must have a parent's/guardian's permission to make a claim. The Promoter may require the parent or guardian to sign these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry.

6. Employees of the Promoter, any agency involved with this Promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entrants can enter this Promotion more than once, provided that they submit a different Entry Criteria that is not identical or similar to their previous entry (as determined solely at the Promoter’s discretion).

11. By completing the Entry Criteria of this Promotion, entrants agree that they have all rights in any photo uploaded, that they grant Samsung a perpetual licence to any photo uploaded as part of the Promotion and indemnify Samsung against any claims for breach of intellectual property from the use of the photo.

12. In the event that an ineligible entry is selected or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within three days of the Prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid. The Promoter will then select another winner and follow the above same steps.

13. The Prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.

14. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this competition will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems, social media privacy settings or human error. The Promoter has no control over the internet, its service providers or network lines and signals and connectivity and therefore accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with this technology.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion, including for breaching the above rules, and without giving reasons.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

20. If a winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason (including where the promotor can’t contact a winner, as per clause 12), their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.

21. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

22. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. In the event the Promotion cannot operate as anticipated, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the competition (including any prize) in its sole discretion.
