Update:
Received the redemption gift after i contacted the logistic team who handles the redemption gifts delivery. Googled and managed to get hold of them. Contacted them within 2 days i received the gifts. Received it on 28 nov 2024.

Hi samsung, 
purchased samsung S24 ultra on 12/10/24. Received it on 17/10/24. Redeem the free gifts on 18/10/24. Upon checking the redemption link, status put as shipped on 22/10/24. However until now no update. Email to the redemption sg samsung also no reply. As if the email is non-existent.

How it going now? I think you need to make a police record. Because we never know if samsung or Delivery team "eat" your pricey gifts

Relevant team still check. That's what they say. No firm update. Some say my order already shipped. Some say my item is waiting for restock. Some say the status put as shipped but actually have yet to shipped out. Not sure which one to trust. Emailed the CEO SAMSUNG no response.
