One of the reasons why I bought my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 in Globe Online Store last December is because of their promo. According to Samsung, there will be a Galaxy Tab A8 freebie upon purchasing their selected products. It's almost a month already and still the status of my redemption is on pending shipping. I don't know how to followup the status and some of later buyers of the said promotion already got their tab a8 gift before me. They even not replying to their emails. Is there any way to fix this? Or maybe the DTI Philippines may look on this issue.

I also bought a samsung s22 ultra 512gb and the reason i bought it is the same as Guinsoo. I bought it because of the tablet as freebee. I wanted to give that to my father last christmasp and untill now the status is pending for shipping. What the **bleep** is happenning here Samsung? You are not even replying to my emails. Do o need to contact DTI for this issue?
