I submitted my claim for both the samsung galaxy s22 ultra and the samsung tab s8 ultra on March the 3rd. Both have been validated but nothing else has changed, and it has officially been 7 days. Can someone please look into this? I have tried calling and emailing but to no avail.

Yeah I had the same automatic response, have sent another email through but have yet to hear back. I also sent them a message on Facebook messenger, they replied saying there have been delays and the codes should be sent out next week...but who knows! 😒😒

My validation was completed on 8th March and I'm still waiting for them to send me my code.

Live chat operator asked me to ring and the call got disconnected when I pressed 5 for Promotion related . Emailed them and have yet to receive any reply as of today.
