Had to post, just to know if I'll get the same "automatic replies".

Btw, on the Invoice part of the redemption page, I attached the Delivery Receipt (pink paper) since I did not get any kind of Invoice.

Now I wonder, how from being "Approved" and "Pending Shipping" it is now "Incorrect Attachment"🤔

hindi pa naayos, nag resend ako dun sa email binigay dito. until now, Validation Completed ang status.

how long before nila binago ung status ng redemption nyo? 

hayyyy hope samsung allot more people in reading the emails. the 24/7 hotline can't answer my questions....most are cluless about redemption. I have been calling daily for 3 days 

nakakafrustrate naman

I just sent the same attachment dun sa portal nila and at the same time nag send rin ako sa email ng redemption.

Dec. 8 - Incorrect Attachment, the same day nag reupload. Ayun, stuck na sa Dec. 9 - Validation Completed. Pero sa email nag message sila na approved na antay daw ako 7-30 days for the claim.
