S22 pro order gift missing items

My audio bundle was supposed to arrive on the 28th of April, I only received the marvel case and the other items are missing, I tried to raise a complaint but support people kept saying some nonsense about a 28 day delay being in the terms and conditions, well now it's been over a month so where are my stuff Samsung?, promotion said a whole audio bundle, not a $5 peice of plastic.

Yep samsung are scammers and frauds take them to the ACCC
