you don't have to. It will fix a few problems if you do, and should make your phone run faster.

I suggest u don't.. Maybe wait till beta 2 see how it goes.. If you have major problems still then yes

It's a good idea. Then you'll know if any bugs are because of the actual new software.

highly recommend it. just make sure you have a good backup. I did this right after the beta install and it definitely made a huge difference in battery and overall performance. there is so much going on with this new OS that a full reinstall is warranted imho.
