I'm not seeing the option for Gmail yet, either. I think it's supposed to be under Gmail>Settings>General Settings but I'm not showing a toggle for it. Can anybody confirm this is where it's supposed to be?

It's a server side update to enable it.

Google is in the middle of quite literally the slowest freaking roll out on the face of the planet for dark mode with Gmail. I've been rolling this thing out since early last month 😂
