I've heard that the Android 10 update is out for T-Mobile but I'm still not getting it. Any help?

are you on an unlocked device? it hasn't come out for those yet. I'm on TMobile with an unlocked s10e but there's no update yet.

you're either on an unlocked device or a device sold by a carrier not both.

I bought an unlocked phone from Samsung and installed a T-Mobile sim card, so it is possible to be unlocked with a carrier.
