smart switch never loads backup lists

Trying to transfer old iphone content to samsung s9

Completed unecnrypted backup of iphone, but now using smart swtich for mac and connecting my samsung, the "loading backup lists" never completes. It's been an hour since i started that process.

Is it supposed to take that long?

Hi @pclafferty, that's odd. Are you able to do a direct phone to phone transfer?
