Hello guys! Anyone experienced or experiencing same issue with our phones? We, my partner, bought our Note 20 ultra December of 2020. Just last month mine started to have one green line while scrolling on facebook. Then after 2 days became 2 lines and after a week became 3 green lines. Been in samsung center but unfortunately they did not cover the damage. They said LCD should be change and demanding 15,000 pesos plus for the repair. I already said everything like i think it was not my fault, maybe it was their software update so why i need to pay for the repair. Ending i did not let them to repair it. Then just yesterday my partner NOTE 20 ULTRA also got this green line while watching netflix on his phone. We were so shocked. Wow!! I am sure now that it was on their software fault. My GOD SAMSUNG!! please fix this problem and shoulder customer's repair for your error!! Worst unit ever!! I have my IPHONE for 4 years, every parts and system are still working. No problem at all. We regret buying Samsung brand. Never ever!!!

Mine too!!! Just now. It was first 3 neon green color, then I restarted my phone. It became 1 line and sometimes it blinks. What to do with this? This is the first time.

Me too! I have it on my Note 20 Ultra for a month now at noticeable na siya. Been a Samsung user for years! They all have same issue - screens (S7 Edge - dead pixel ba yon?, Note 9 - burn, S20 - lines).

This will be my last Samsung phone! Napaka ingat ko sa gamit at nasa bahay lang ako, wfh. After the 1st September update biglang nagka green screen, obviously, wala na siya sa warranty. Tapos pa-repair is 15k++? Better switch nalang sa iPhone or Xiaomi na bihirang nagkakaissue sa screens... If you google Samsung screen issues, iba ibang issue talaga.

Disposable ba talaga mga Samsung "Flagship" phones after a year or so?

Nag oover heat din siya kahit 1-2 mins ko lang gamit si Note 20 Ultra, before hindi but eversince the update ganun na - have to set it to lower refresh, battery saver etc....

Tried factory reset - same issue at over heating pa din kahit nag se-setup ka palang.

Did not pay for the repair, recent update last week did not fix the 'issues'

Will never buy Samsung.... again!!

I am also having the same problem. After reading all the comments here, it seems that the green line problem happens to all units purchased beyond the warranty period and though this thread was marked solved, I cannot find any solution or comment that the problem is fixed.  I have Samsung Note 20 Ultra and this occurred only when I updated my phone. Can someone help, please?

Im also thinking the same that after the warranty period screen issues appear. Bedore it was my S9+ now with my note 20 ultra.

Same here . My note 20 ultra. Samsung admits only s20 has this problem (**bleep**) . From 1 green line , now i have multiple green lines and some pink lines . Samsung wants to milk the money out from their loyal customers.  Probably the last samsung product i will buy .
